A sensory cocoon transporting you into a shielded warm and soft space. A place to be present and rest, a space to experience your senses without the noise of the material world.
The space is made of semitransparent polyester fabric transporting light from external projectors inside so that the spectators can swim in the warm and playful light.
The construction is kept erect by connecting the fabric to the ceiling. It will wrap around pillars to create two wings/spaces to vacate.
The HEKA Chamber
Projectors & speakers placed on the outside of thecocoon will provide a full 360 audiovisual experiencemimicking the experience of being inside a cocoon orwomb.

We invite scientists from diverse fields to contribute their research on perception and its impact on human experience.
By exploring the intersection of sensory engagement and social connection, their insights can enhance the installation, fostering a deeper understanding of how tactile interactions shape our perceptions of identity, reality and community.
Together, we aim to bridge the gaps within our fragmented society, encouraging dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders to forge a collective vision that celebrates shared human experiences. Both science and religion seek to understand the deeper meaning of life and the universe, employing different methodologies yet pursuing a shared vision, finding truth.
